I have a new favorite light blue!! Ciate Refresher is an amazing pastel blue that has a slight lavender undertone which makes it completely unique in my collection! The formula was a little thick for my taste, but nothing a couple of drops of thinner won't fix :-) It is kinda like a lighter BB Couture Zuma Wave Rider which I also loved.
And I added some Konad using plate M72 and Nubar Lemon Sorbet, but I think I liked it better on its own...

I love this shade. It is rather different. I love the Ciate bottles. So cute with their little bows. I like your manicure plain and with the Konad. Pretty.
