CC 220 Volts :D ★★★★★

Here's Color Club 220 Volts, one of the most beautiful neon blues I own and part of my top 20 colors! By itself, it is a medium royal blue that dries with a matte finish, but when you add a glossy top coat it becomes a medium blue jelly :o Here's a swatch pic from last summer (3 thin coats without top coat):

And now with some Konad added! I used plate M60 with Nubar Baby Blue for the design, and this KOTD is definitely one of my favorites as well!! Look at how glossy 220 Volts looks now that it's topped with Out The Door!

I'll be posting more of my past NOTDs in the coming days, but in the meantime, I hope you enjoy this one! :D

Danica, I think it did dry a little darker but not so much? Obviously it looks darker indoors and brighter & lighter outdoors...

TY Lina-Elvira! It's a really beautiful color and so affordable too :D

Looks great on you!

Your pics convinced me to purchase it from Dragon weeks ago. I've worn it and wow, this color is strong and sooooo neon!

Dear Michelle,
Neon polish was made for you. You wear them better than most people (virtual or IRL) I know. My DD has 220 Volts sitting on the shelf for several months. She has used it a couple of times. As for me...I haven't had the balls! I wish I could wear those bright, bold neons like you do :)
